1. Our annual fundraising picnic day is on Sunday 29 September and I am hoping that rotary club is available to man the gate as they have done in past years please. Event runs from 10am to 2pm. We'd need you onsite from 9:30 - 2:30pm and would be asking you to hand out the tickets to guests as they enter the site and provide a welcoming face to the event.
